Almost everyone must deal with the American legal system at some point.
Our code of laws is so complex that an attorney is often needed to ensure your
interests are supported by those laws.
The Upstate Law Group, LLC offers clear cut, down to earth legal advice and
professional representation for a wide range of legal matters in South Carolina.
Whether it's a
real estate closing or
mortgage refinance, an
employment,
probate,
family,
personal injury
or other legal
issue, our
attorneys have the experience to
efficiently shepherd you through the legal labyrinth.
We Listen
When you discuss your concerns with us, you will meet with a professional
who cares about you and your future. We
take the time to get to know each client as an individual. We understand that
you know your unique situation better than anyone. You can provide us the details
and we can help you understand the laws that may apply to your case.
An Upstate Law Group attorney will outline the legal issues in your case and explain your legal options.
Based on your direction, we will work tenaciously to achieve your goals.
Your success is our success. You can depend on the Upstate Law Group to provide objective advice and
aggressive representation at all stages of the legal process.
Never heard of the Upstate Law Group, LLC?
We don't advertise on TV, billboards, or refrigerator magnets and we don't drive
expensive cars. Our money goes to provide you with high quality legal
representation at an affordable price. New business comes to us largely
from word-of-mouth referrals so it's in our best interest that you are
completely satisfied with our work.
Trial Attorneys
Our office has litigation experience before both South Carolina appellate courts and the Court of Appeals
for the Fourth Circuit. We regularly try cases in the United States
District Courts of South Carolina and our State's courts. While it is often preferable to settle a case before trial,
our trial experience and readiness to litigate gives our attorneys a better
negotiating position than attorneys who are known to settle nearly all of their
cases. If negotiations reach an impasse, you want an attorney who stands
ready to argue your case passionately and convincingly before a judge and/or
jury.
